Eligibility To Participate

By registering for or participating in Vietnam Tech Summit 2026, you confirm that:

• You are legally able to enter into these Terms.

• You will comply with event rules, venue rules, company host rules, platform rules, and applicable laws.
• You will follow the Vietnam Tech Summit Code of Conduct.

If the event is canceled or materially changed, the organizers may provide information about available options, which may include rescheduling, substitution, credit, partial refund, full refund, or other remedies at the organizers' discretion and subject to third-party platform rules.

Event Schedule, Speakers, And Program Changes

Vietnam Tech Summit may publish schedules, speakers, mentors, judges, sponsors, company hosts, recruiters, workshops, sessions, and program details before the event. All schedules and program details are subject to change.

Vietnam Tech Summit does not guarantee:

• The appearance of any specific speaker, mentor, judge, recruiter, sponsor, company, investor, or partner.
• The availability of any specific session or activity.
• The exact timing of events.
• Access to every activity listed on the website.
• Any specific employment, referral, mentorship, investment, sponsorship, or business outcome.

Schedule Communications

Company Visits

Company visits are high-trust, capacity-limited experiences that may be subject to host company approval, security requirements, visitor policies, space limitations, confidentiality expectations, badge requirements, and schedule changes. By participating in a company visit, you agree to:

A ticket or pass may include guaranteed company tour access, lottery entry, or eligibility to participate only if specifically stated. Even where a pass includes guaranteed access, final participation remains subject to company capacity, company approval, safety requirements, and event logistics.

Recruiting, Mentorship, And Career Activities

Vietnam Tech Summit may include recruiting tables, hiring conversations, resume reviews, mentorship sessions, career panels, job search workshops, networking, referrals, and related activities. Participation in these activities does not guarantee:

• A job offer.
• Interview selection.
• Referral.
• Sponsorship.
• Immigration support.
• Mentorship outcome.
• Business relationship.

• Career result.

Career Activity Notes

Recruiters, mentors, speakers, and partners participate in their individual or organizational capacity, and their comments do not necessarily represent the views of Vietnam Tech Summit, VietSpark, or any employer unless explicitly stated.

Participants are responsible for their own career, immigration, legal, financial, and professional decisions.

Vietnam AI Stars

Vietnam AI Stars may include startup applications, pitch submissions, mentor matching, judging, finalist selection, live pitches, investor conversations, awards, and related programs. By applying to or participating in Vietnam AI Stars, you agree that:

• Your application information must be accurate and complete.
• You have the right to submit the materials you provide.
• Your startup materials may be reviewed by organizers, judges, mentors, reviewers, investors, and program partners involved in the competition.
• Submission does not guarantee selection, mentorship, investment, prize, funding, partnership, or admission to the final round.
• Judges' and organizers' decisions may be final.
• Finalist participation may require in-person attendance in Silicon Valley.
• Finalist teams are responsible for their own travel, visa, lodging, and related expenses unless otherwise stated in writing.

AI Stars Confidentiality

Participants should avoid submitting confidential information they are not comfortable sharing with the program review group. Vietnam Tech Summit will make reasonable efforts to treat submissions with care, but it does not guarantee confidentiality beyond the applicable program process unless a separate written agreement is in place.

Sponsors, Partners, And Exhibitors

Sponsors, partners, exhibitors, recruiters, and participating organizations may have visibility, activations, booths, speaking opportunities, branding, recruiting access, or other benefits based on separate agreements or written confirmations.

Vietnam Tech Summit may change sponsor benefits, activation details, floor plans, schedules, or placement due to venue restrictions, safety, capacity, production needs, or operational considerations.

Sponsors and partners must follow all event rules, brand guidelines, privacy expectations, Code of Conduct requirements, and approved activation terms.

No sponsor or partner may imply endorsement, exclusivity, investment relationship, hiring relationship, or official affiliation beyond what is agreed in writing.

Code Of Conduct

All participants must comply with the Vietnam Tech Summit Code of Conduct.

Vietnam Tech Summit may remove, restrict, or deny access to anyone who violates the Code of Conduct, venue rules, company host rules, online platform rules, or these Terms.

Possible actions may include warning, removal from a session or event, revocation of ticket or badge without refund, disqualification from programs, removal from speaker/mentor/judge/sponsor/volunteer roles, restriction from future events, or referral to venue security or authorities when appropriate.

Health, Safety, And Security

Participants agree to follow all health, safety, venue, company host, security, and emergency instructions.

Vietnam Tech Summit may implement safety rules, access controls, bag checks, ID checks, badge requirements, restricted areas, emergency procedures, or other protective measures.

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings, transportation, health, travel arrangements, and safety decisions.

Vietnam Tech Summit is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended personal property.

Media, Photography, And Recordings

Vietnam Tech Summit 2026 may be photographed, recorded, livestreamed, or documented for event operations, marketing, press, archival, educational, and community purposes.

By attending or participating in an event, you understand that your image, voice, name, likeness, company, role, statements, or participation may appear in event photos, videos, recordings, livestreams, social media posts, website materials, recap content, promotional materials, and future event communications.

Participants may not record, photograph, livestream, or share private conversations, restricted company areas, confidential startup materials, non-public sessions, or other participants in inappropriate ways without permission.

Intellectual Property

The Vietnam Tech Summit name, event materials, website content, graphics, logos, designs, branding, videos, photos, written content, program materials, and other content are owned by or licensed to Vietnam Tech Summit, VietSpark, or their respective rights holders.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or use event materials, logos, branding, photos, videos, or content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Speakers, mentors, judges, sponsors, partners, and participants retain ownership of their own materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
