These terms outline basic rules for using the Vietnam Tech Summit website, registering for the event, submitting applications, and participating in summit activities.
Event Participation
By registering for or attending Vietnam Tech Summit, you agree to follow these terms, our Code of Conduct, and any instructions from the organizing team during the event.
Tickets And Passes
Tickets and passes grant access according to the tier you purchase. Inclusions, pricing, and policies may be finalized closer to ticket launch and are subject to availability.
Schedule And Program Changes
The program, speakers, sessions, and schedule may change. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant updates, but content and timing are not guaranteed.
Company Visits And Limited Capacity
Company visits have limited capacity. Full Summit Experience pass holders receive a guaranteed company tour spot, while Student and Standard pass holders may enter a lottery based on availability. Placements and host companies are confirmed closer to the event.
Applications And Submissions
Applications for AI Stars, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers are reviewed at our discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or participation.
Sponsors And Partners
Sponsorship and partnership opportunities are subject to agreement between your organization and the summit team. Specific benefits are defined in each partnership package.
Media And Photography
Photography, video, and audio may be captured during the summit and used for event promotion and community content. By attending, you acknowledge you may appear in this media.
Code Of Conduct
All participants are expected to follow our Code of Conduct across the summit, company visits, dinners, online sessions, and community events. Failure to do so may result in removal without refund.
Limitation Of Liability
Vietnam Tech Summit and VietSpark are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from participation, to the extent permitted by law. You attend and participate at your own discretion.
