Our Standard
We are committed to a welcoming, harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of background, identity, experience level, or role. We expect all participants to help create a respectful and supportive environment.
Expected Behavior
- Treat everyone with respect, professionalism, and kindness.
- Be inclusive and welcoming to new and diverse participants.
- Listen actively and engage in good faith.
- Respect personal boundaries, privacy, and consent.
- Follow instructions from organizers and venue staff.
Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind.
- Offensive, demeaning, or threatening comments or conduct.
- Unwelcome attention, contact, or disruption of sessions.
- Sharing private information without consent.
- Any behavior that makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome.
Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness behavior that violates these standards, report it to the organizing team as soon as possible through our contact page or an on-site organizer. Reports are handled with discretion.
Consequences
Participants who violate these standards may be warned, removed from sessions or the event, or barred from future events, without refund, at the discretion of the organizing team.
Scope
This Code of Conduct applies across all summit spaces, including the main program, company visits, dinners, online sessions, and community events.
